About the event
Representation matters. Especially when it comes to the voices shaping early childhood systems. Families and the professionals who work alongside them best understand the realities they face, and parent leaders are uniquely positioned to turn lived experience into leadership.
Join us for this engaging virtual panel discussion that centers parents and professionals in a conversation about representation: Who is at the table, and who is missing? Together, we’ll explore barriers to participation and share strategies to recruit, support, and retain Family Leaders who reflect the communities we serve.
Participants Will Learn To:
Design effective parent leader orientation processes
Create ongoing training calendars for sustained growth
Develop retention strategies that empower long-term engagement
